Information Security Policy Statement
STU Finance NBFI LLC regards the secure and reliable delivery of technology-based financial services as one of the foundational pillars of earning client trust and sustaining long-term business viability.
The Information Security Policy and related procedures adopted by our organization have been developed with the following objectives:
- To establish, implement, and maintain an Information Security Management System (ISMS) fully compliant with the internationally recognized ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standard;
- To identify, assess, and mitigate threats and risks to organizational information assets through a risk-based approach;
- To continuously monitor and improve the ISMS in alignment with client needs and requirements;
- To identify and fully comply with applicable laws of Mongolia, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations with clients and partners;
- To prevent unauthorized access, use, disclosure, modification, loss, or destruction of all categories of information — including operational data, intellectual property, and personal data;
- To strengthen business continuity and disaster recovery frameworks to ensure the uninterrupted delivery of financial services;
- To incorporate information security requirements into contracts with suppliers and third parties and to monitor their compliance.
Our Information Security Committee is responsible for defining, implementing, and maintaining the vision, objectives, and methodology of information security, and operates with the full support of executive management. All employees of the organization bear personal responsibility for maintaining information security and are obligated to promptly report any suspicious incidents or violations.
To ensure the effective implementation of this policy, the following measures are applied:
- Establishing measurable information security objectives and ensuring their achievement through regular monitoring;
- Reviewing policy and procedural compliance through internal audit activities and promptly correcting any identified nonconformities;
- Providing the Information Security Committee with the support and resources necessary to achieve its objectives;
- Ensuring transparency with stakeholders regarding information security roles and responsibilities;
- Continuously evaluating the effectiveness and suitability of the ISMS through annual management reviews and implementing necessary improvements.
